Form doesn't look too bad to me...

One suggestion would be trying an alternate grip, that's what me and most people I know use... but that is just personal preference for us.

Show a video where you actually lift.

Your general stance looks OK, but things can start to fall apart under load.  We need to see what that looks like.

I'd say you want the bar closer to your shins starting off.

Your back doesn't really stay set either, try to keep your chest puffed out and ass up.

Bar too far in front for sure.  You are not set at all. Back starts rounded. You are yanking it off the ground. Looks like you are shrugging at the top.  Doesn't look fluid at all.

Fix your setup. Your back shouldn't be rounding with that much weight.

What kind of shoes are those? If they don't have hard soles ditch them and lift barefoot.

Yep ditch those. They make you lean forward   you do not want to do that in deadlifts.

And make your back look like this.

It will round some in heavy lifts but shouldn't start that way.

Alan has great videos also check out Zach's deadlift video

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JOp7O0gP7rU

try pulling the slack out of the bar before you start the lift too... Jerking like that won't help you when you get to heavier weights.

As Kaik said, the bar is too far in front of you, and you arent squeezing into position -- you're just using violence to get the weight moving.

I'm a Rippetoe disciple, so I found this video very helpful:
The Deadlift | Rip Coaching

The gist of it is to have the bar an inch or so off your shins when you're standing upright, which puts it right over midfoot. Bend at the waist and grab the bar (keeping your hips up), bring your knees forward so your shins contact the bar, take up the slack, then take a big breath and squeeze the chest up as high as you can to flatten your back (without dropping your hips).

Alan Thrall is also a Rippetoe guy, but the way he explains "setting the springs" in the hamstrings didn't resonate as much with me as how Rip explains the cues (fix the hips, and squeezing the chest up). I always found myself dropping my hips a bit when trying to set up the way Alan explains (not sure if it is the same video as the one you linked, apparently he has some new deadlift vids out now that he has been working with Austin Baraki a lot)

Change the music to Pantera or something.  I was taught to walk up to the bar until it touches my shins.  Then without bending the knees yet, reach down and grab the bar.  Then get into position.  I also load my hamstrings before each pull by straightening my legs and bringing them back into position.  I was also taught to look down, almost making a double chin, whereas you are looking up.

I'm not clear after watching that about whether I should move the barbell.
