As Kaik said, the bar is too far in front of you, and you arent squeezing into position -- you're just using violence to get the weight moving.
I'm a Rippetoe disciple, so I found this video very helpful:
The Deadlift | Rip Coaching
The gist of it is to have the bar an inch or so off your shins when you're standing upright, which puts it right over midfoot. Bend at the waist and grab the bar (keeping your hips up), bring your knees forward so your shins contact the bar, take up the slack, then take a big breath and squeeze the chest up as high as you can to flatten your back (without dropping your hips).
Alan Thrall is also a Rippetoe guy, but the way he explains "setting the springs" in the hamstrings didn't resonate as much with me as how Rip explains the cues (fix the hips, and squeezing the chest up). I always found myself dropping my hips a bit when trying to set up the way Alan explains (not sure if it is the same video as the one you linked, apparently he has some new deadlift vids out now that he has been working with Austin Baraki a lot)
