Incline bench seems to be the number one upper chest work out. But I'm looking for an exercise I can do at home that focuses on upper chest.

The only way I can get bench to feel good in the chest is to do the reps REAL slow with moderate weight.
Try pike press pushups and landmines. focus on time under tension.

Landmine press looks like it requires a equipment so that'll have to wait but the decline push up could work,  I just never seem to feel push ups in my chest.  I may need to try some different hand positions.
