What would you guys say is a significant difference? Right now my left thigh is 3" smaller than my right(24" vs 27"). I think my calf is 1" smaller as well.

It seems significant to me. But maybe that's to be expected?  If you laid off the leg for an extended time?

This is after 6+ months of therapy.

My entire right upper body is significantly smaller than my left side due to a wrist injury.  I've actually had people comment on it, so I've been a little self conscious about it.

But who cares, you'll balance out.  Just keep working it, they will balance.

How is your wrist doing?

Mine was better after 6 weeks or so, but it started hurting a bit after doing high rep deadlifts.  I think I'll stay away from those.

Much improved, thanks for asking.  Next week is the one-year anniversary of hurting myself, and I'm finally getting a full range of motion although not without some pain still.  Been a real nasty injury, I don't recommend it.
