Doesn't have to be expensive, a pain in the ass or consist of bland foods with no flavor..... I meal prep on Sunday and eat the same meal for breakfast and lunch every day and rotate weekly as not to get "burned out" eating the same food over and over. This weeks lunch meal is thin sliced grilled chicken breast, roasted sweet potato rounds, 1/4 avocado and a spoon full of garden salsa.

Total Prep Time:


10 minutes

Total cook time:

15 minutes

Cost Per Meal:

Under $3

Macros for this meal

Protein: 38g

Fats 22g

Carb 35g






So for $18 and 25 minutes of your time,  you can eat a meal that is healthy, fills you up and actually taste pretty damn good for the entire week. This meal re-heats well throughout the week as well.
