You guys hit any PRs?  Post'em up.

My goal continues to be achieving these big 4 lifts, but I want to get them all on the same day:

Press: 225
Bench:315
Squat: 405
Deadlift: 495

On New Year's Day, I tested all four lifts and got:

Press 220
Bench 316
Squat 400
Deadlift 420.

All but the Squat were small PRs.  I won't test all four lifts on the same day until July 4th.  Getting all four lifts, at the intensity, in on the same day is very draining on me.

Yesterday, I logged an individual PR - Press 225.

Clearly, I have the furthest to go in the DL, which is my main focus to improve in 2016.

Stats: 5'7", 190 lbs., turning 48 y.o. in a few months.  I'm just happy that my numbers are still going up (slow as it may be), and that I'm able to lift relatively pain-free.

Programming: 5/3/1-ish.

I set my latest PRs in the past two weeks.

A little back story.  In August of last year I had a herniated disc in my neck (C4/C5).
I lost almost complete use of my right arm until I had surgery in October.  So no training for almost 2 months and slow decondtioning.

Prior to that my PRs were:

Press - 190
Bench Press - 265
Squat 370
Deadlift - 435

I've been training since day 10 post op.  (Disc replacement, NOT a fusion)
Press and Bench are coming back but not a PR levels yet  BP is about 245, press is about 165)

So my latest PRs?  Squat 375.  Deadlift 445.  I felt like I still had something in the tank after both.  IT felt really good and was a BIG motivator.

My stats: 49 (in April) 6'3", 275.

I hope to post something in this thread by my birthday!

I've been setting new PR's in deads and squats pretty consistently. I'd have to go back to my notes to see where I'm at on squats, but I'm on track to get 405 for deads next week. I got 385 for 5 yesterday, which was a PR. Prior to that it was 385 for 3. That's a 5'10" and 185lbs.

It's not a huge number but I did hit a few PRs this year that I am pretty proud of. It's the culmination of years of training.

Bench Press: 300 lbs (previous best 285)
Dumbell Bench Press: 125 lbs (previous best 120 lbs per side)

Both were unassisted, but I did have a spotter for the Bench Press PR.
Weird thing about the Bench Press, I went through the Juggernaut 12 week program in 2014 and I was never able to achieve 300 lbs. I think the difference is my shoulders and back are stronger now than they were before.

Nice, guys.  The numbers being big or small relative to other people don't matter; we're just competing with ourselves.

I'm still working my way up the Stronglifts 5x5 program so every time I lift I PR something.  That being said, I was happy to break 200 lbs on my squat on Saturday.  Tonight will be 205.  Feels good to break the 200 lbs mark on squat, something I haven't done since high school 16 years ago.
