Out of town for a week (up 10 lbs), back on keto for a week (down 8), out of town last weekend, back on starting tomorrow...
I don't even want to look at the scale until the weekend. Too scared. But I finally made the time to cook some goodies, so I'm set for the next few days. But man, was that pizza good. Worth it. Climbed rocks tonight, lift tomorrow. Haven't lifted in a week, will probably be sore. Woo!! |

Im working 16 hour days and a walking zombie. I will be like this for the foreseeable future as well. My transformation is as far as its going to get minus sticking to a diet.

Carb loaded tonight.
Been at a deficit all week but weigh the same, very strange. |

It's how to cut fat the best while maintaining muscle. |

Got my diet on point 100%. It's a diet I call lick every public doorknob and wait.
Down 13lbs in 24 hours. I've totally deflated as far as physic goes. Throwing up and shitting water apparently isn't good for when you want big muscles. I actually was debating an emergency room visit for an IV. I am loosing fluids faster than I can intake them. I woke up last night and used my foot to kick the covers off and got a calf cramp from hell. That cramp caused me to reach down and grab it which caused a back and hamstring cramp. While trying to straighten the leg back out, it caused a quad and abdominal cramp. Think of a human in a bed flopping like a fish that's about to get his head cut off. Meanwhile, needing to throw up and shit my brains out. |

I'm down 30lb exactly to 330. Not a contender for the title, but I changed my goals halfway through and with another comp coming up soon have made some serious gains.
People say I look smaller, too, but I think they lie like an old rug. |

I'm altering the deal. I'm just going to update the OP and post the photos there and add poll.
Unless someone has a problem with it. |

And I'll put a poll to run about a week. |

Im with SCW I recomped pretty good. I'd have to check my op but my BW is up to about 225 and I've lost quite a bit of fat. Had some times where work outs and eating were off but overall I'm happy with results.
Thx for keeping this thread going kaik-man. All my supplements sure helped. ETA just looked at my original post I've made some great progress. Not win the contest progress but pretty good. I need to post a pic, and yes I know deadline is over!! |

I'm still around.
I didn't post an after photo for contest purposes, because this isn't something that is going to end for me just because the contest over. I've made a permanent change. Since I originally posted the "I'm in" picture, April and May I worked 70 hours a week - no time for lifting at all, but I kept nutrition perfect. Got back into the program, then had a neck injury, (first time I've seen a doctor in 6 years) but as soon as I was comfortable, back into the gym I went. Revisited form, cruising along nicely now. Taking creatine and PA now. Never felt so focused in the gym before. Results: Squats: 45# to 170#. Bench: 105# to 140# (currently deloading to 130) Deadlift: 95# to 245# (Been there for two weeks. I need to buy more plates, 245# is the maximum I own.) OHP: 85# to 115# (also deloading down to 90) Barbell Row: 45# to 145# Weight: 163 to 167. After I get through the deload, going to move from Stronglifts to ICF Novice. Always said "someday" I will get fit. Now it's part of life. Thanks for the inspiration. |

I was going to post a pic before the deadline but got sidetracked. Sorry if I screwed up the contest.
Kind of slacked off for a for a little while after CWW2 but have gotten back into it over the last few weeks. I’m down about 10lbs since entering this contest and have become stronger and more active, still have a lot of work to do to get to my goal of 190 or less. Didn’t enter to this to win or for prizes, this thread was great for motivating me (and my wife) to get in better shape. Going to keep going with lifting/exercising and trying to better my diet. Thanks KaiK |
