Just thinking of ways to switch up my workouts to keep things interesting and challenging.  I already include jumping rope as part of my routine, was thinking of adding one of these...

Does anyone use one?

I don't use one, but I can see where jumping rope would be great cardio.  I'm in sticker shock though over the price of those Rouge jump ropes.  +$100, really?

I use a regular $20 jump rope as part of my training routine for carido already...the one I linked to is a 5 lb rope that is intended to be used for strength conditioning.

Yeah..I thought it was crazy expensive also, but a search found similar ropes in that same price range
