Power rack to do curls. Seriously just set the bar on the floor between sets and don't unnecessarily take up equipment. I was doing squats today and this guy walks up to the power rack next to me and starts using it to hold a bar with 100 lbs on it between his sets. Then he looks at me after I get done with a set of squats and says, hey bro can you get a pic of me with my phone while I'm doing curls?
me being the nice chill guy I am agree. Then he said make sure you get the pic at the top of the curl.
I should have just told him what I thought. We have an entire rack of curl bars with weights already on them that go in increments of 10 from 40 to 140. Now get your butt off the power rack and go use those. Even if it was just the Olympic bar he wanted to use he didn't have to take up the power rack. We've got plenty of extra bars.
Also, when you get done don't leave weights on the bar and put them in the right spot. I get tired of seeing a 45, 5, 25, 2.5 and 10 all on the same plate holder.
I'm sure none of you are that guy though.
