Can anyone recommend a quality juicer that works well?

I've been using the same Champion juicer for more than a couple of decades.

On the newer models you can get a grain attachment, greens attachment.

It has enough power to juice a stone, another good thing is that the manufacturer has been around for quite a while and has a very good support structure when it comes to parts.

We've had several juicers over the years.  I've been very impressed by these juicers.

Omega Brand

I don't have this exact model - mine is very similar but not chromed.

We use it almost daily - the masticating action is different than the centrifugal action of some other juicers.   You can make peanut butter if you like with this thing.

Has been very sturdy, no issues.

Are you doing more hard materials, or soft leafy greens?

Only blenders here.  I have no desire to remove the fiber from my foods.  An Apple has enough fiber to offset the sugars in the apple, but Apple juice is just sugars.

Very keen. Fruits belong in a blender. Veggies belong in a juicer IMHO.

Check this guy out: DiscountJuicers.com's Youtube Channel
He's going to steer you towards an Omega, and I can't say that I disagree with him.
The masticating juicers are SOOOOOOO fricken slow, but they do a little better at leafy greens if you don't mind waiting.
Personally, I have my eye on the Omega Mega Mouth
It can be had for a few bucks cheaper on Amazon, but I appreciate the info the guy puts out, so I don't mind paying a little more.
