Super concentrated Gatorade. But you have to account  for all the extra calories  and eat accordingly.

I lift in my garage, so in the middle of the Phoenix summer it is rather warm so I drink gaterade before and during.

Water from the drinking fountain.  I'm not hard core enough to carry in the gallon milk jug when there's a water fountain literally 15 feet in any direction.

Days that I don't eat well I need a little sugar.  On those days I'll water down some fruit juice to 20%, otherwise just springwater.

Intra lifting 25g peptopro, 25 hbcd, creatine in half-gallon.  Sometimes 2 of these.












Running:  carb source, bcaa, water. 30g carb, 15g bcaa, electrolyte powder, 2L water.

I put 5g Creatine Monohydrate and 1 scoop of BCAA's in a blender bottle, that's usually fine for me. If I end up having a really long or really tough workout, I have a second serving of both with me; otherwise I'll wait until I get home for the second scoop of creatine.

12oz of Gatorade Fruit Punch
1 scoop of Whey Protein, Vanilla Cream

1 scoop of creatine

Throw in a few frozen strawberries




Blend




I am in and out in less than an hour. I have not nearly as sore as going without.

I drink a full bottle of water after I leave. Helps process the creatine and whey better.




I drink a whey protein shake with all my fruits and veggies for the day within a hour of waking up.

My soreness level went to pretty much nothing after I started that.
