The Strawberry Jam Roly Poly is pretty fantastic.
I mixed it with water. I imagine if you mixed it with milk or coconut milk it would taste exactly like a strawberry milkshake. |

Update on their protein bars..I got the Lemon Crunch, Cookies & Cream, Maple & Pecan, and Caramel Nut and they were all awesome. The best protein bars Ive ever had, taste wise. The lemon crunch is amazing, and if you have a sweet tooth, theyre great for when you get a craving for something full of sugar

Any opinion on standard vs. stevia flavors WRT taste? I think both Splenda and Stevia can taste OK.
MYSTERYUS still works but no free gift I don't think. ETA: calculating 20% instead of 25% now too. |

I can't knock the value, my only complaint is this stuff makes for very thin/runny shakes. I usually do 2 a day as sort of a meal replacement and the thin nature of the mixture does not do much for curbing hunger for long.

But the taste is only "meh". I have been previously drinking MusclePharm Combat and that is one of the worst for "spiking" and fillers. I usually just end up mixing them as thick as I can. If you've ever had isopure, you know that it tastes like this. It's not at all "bad", just not great either. Possible ways to improve the taste would be to add some powdered milk to it, or PB2, or a banana. But depending on what you add, you are losing the low calorie aspect of it. ETA: My friend said it is really delicious when mixed with 2% milk. He does crossfit and he's pretty skinny so the calories aren't a big deal to him. |
