Coming from a background of doing ~7,000 miles a year on a bike - road and velodrome, and countless hours on trainer/rollers, the C2 is still my go-to for a good cardio workout. If we ever get to where the C2 doesn't get used, we can put it on CL and recoup the majority of our initial purchase price. |

Eh, I bought the airdyne. I ride a bike during the summer, so I know it won't bother my knees. Couldn't find anyplace close that had a rower to try. |

Airdynes are torture... as good as any rower...
If I were to want a "cardio" machine, I'd get another Airdyne over rebuying a C2... $$$ to benefit isn't there for the rower vs airdyne. |
