The seminar is TOTALY worth it.  I have trained personally with Andy in Houston.  He is fantastic.  I can only imagine hat it will be like with Rip.

MDI, Good on you for going!  Congrats.  I need to re-read SSBBT3 and Practical Programming again before I go.

When you think about it, it's 3 days of lecture and training.  Something like 26-28 contact hours.

That's less than $40 an hour for at least THREE coaches in the same room.    

The Houston seminar is going to Have Rip, Andy, and Stef.  They are the primary authors of the 2 major SS books.

I've trained with Andy directly and he has written my current program like he did for MDI...he is absolutely worth it.

Yep I can't wait.  Andy is so worth it.  Yes it costs money, but so does going to the gym and not making progress anymore, that is almost a complete waste of time in my opinion.  Since being on Andy's program I have gone well passed all my old PR's, and am showing no signs of slowing down.  I add weight to the bar on schedule every time.

Two weeks out for the Dec. Seminar.

Ok I'm Back!

WOW!   It was fucking awesome!  Tons of info...actually info overload.

I had 3 different SS coaches during the 5 lifts plus Rip's critique at the end of each lift.  I got to be a guinea pig for the power clean...which I had just LEARNED!  (never power cleaned before the seminar!)

Jordan coached Bench press and press.   His anatomy lecture was fantastic.

I saw Jordan workout twice.  The guy is a fucking beast!

PM me an e-mail or phone number if you like.   I have a lot of info to give you just so you will be better prepared for your seminar.   I would have done a few things different in my own prep, but I am not disappointed with the outcome at all.

This is something I would consider doing again in a year or so.  VERY MUCH worth it.

All you guys that bitched about the price... STFU, buy the book, read the book, sell a kidney, and go to the fucking seminar!
