I guess I can see that on a squat.  If you bounce out of the hole fast it will be hard to determine if you went low enough.  But a dead lift...too FAST?  Lockout is lockout...this aint crossfit!

Ok  I understand.

Yeah I saw a guy at the meet I went a few weeks ago pull 583 (3rd lift) off the floor like it was a warm-up, he easily had 600+ in the tank.
