Looking at switching up when I exercise, as currently I exercise fasted in the morning.

I was going to switch to after work, which would be approximately 4 hours after lunch.  Basically Lunch at 1230-1:00 PM then weight train m-w-f at 5:00 pm and walk tue-thur-sat-sun at 5:00 pm.  I can eat dinner right after working out/walking.

Anyone have any good links or articles for pre workout nutrition and post workout nutrition for strength training?

What's do you think the best pre and post nutrition would be in my situation?
