The difference between 195 and 205 is the heaviest 10 pounds I've ever felt. Never tried an assault bike and not sure I want to.

40 DUs 20 wall balls 5 strict pullups 3+24 I really need to do something about my DUs - especially since I'm thinking of doing a competition in April that has a one minute amrap of DUs tied into one of the wods. I think I'll start practicing with one of those whiffle ball devices. I'm right there, I just can't stay in the rhythm. Also, I'll be trying to stay at 60% or so effort until the strongman competition in early March. After that I am going to start pushing myself with the conditioning and probably eating cleaner. For log purposes, I've hit some new PRs recently: Back squat 420 (last Friday) Front squat 335 (hit that this morning) Strict press 205 x 3 Bench 300 x 2 ETA: Rex, why don't you come over here for the strongman. March 6 or 7, whatever that Saturday is. Lewisburg - just over the border on 64. |

I did 10 +12 on Cindy the other day. The push ups killed me. My arms were dead. Oh and I scaled the pullups and did ring pulls instead.

Total numbers the team had to hit each round: 800 m run 30 knee raises 30 wall balls I think my partner and I got through 3 full rounds, and got the running done on the fourth. It's kind of a blur right now. |

Did the relay in 11:24, and did the conditioning in 14:03. Actually did the second row faster than the first, weird. |
