The difference between 195 and 205 is the heaviest 10 pounds I've ever felt.  Never tried an assault bike and not sure I want to.

15 min AMRAP

40 DUs

20 wall balls

5 strict pullups

3+24

I really need to do something about my DUs - especially since I'm thinking of doing a competition in April that has a one minute amrap of DUs tied into one of the wods.  I think I'll start practicing with one of those whiffle ball devices.  I'm right there, I just can't stay in the rhythm.

Also, I'll be trying to stay at 60% or so effort until the strongman competition in early March.  After that I am going to start pushing myself with the conditioning and probably eating cleaner.

For log purposes, I've hit some new PRs recently:

Back squat     420 (last Friday)
Front squat    335 (hit that this morning)
Strict press   205 x 3
Bench           300 x 2

ETA:  Rex, why don't you come over here for the strongman.  March 6 or 7, whatever that Saturday is.  Lewisburg - just over the border on 64.

That was a month ago.

We were supposed to retake this wod today, which I did.

5 rounds exactly this time, but I'm 8 pounds heavier now.  So I've been eating everything in sight and it appears to be making me heavier.    My endurance went down slightly, at least for a 7 minute time frame, and my strength went up considerably.

EMOM = Every minute, on the minute. The 10 is in fact for 10 minutes.

if you don't get all your reps done in the minute, like, let's say you could only manage 5 burpees, then you "missed" 2. If you did that 6 times through the course of the 10 minutes, your score would be total reps missed, 12.

AMRoundsAP, for 20 minutes in teams of two.  One rests while the other works.

Total numbers the team had to hit each round:

It looks like it was just turned into one division for novice.  I guess that sucks for LW novice since I doubt the weights are being dropped.  We're supposed to be there by 8:30 to weight in BTW.  Also, for the medley, nanos grip well on that concrete floor.  Lifters or hybrids, not so much.

Doubt I will bother with lifters. Wont' be any squats, heel makes for longer travel for the lift. The other guy I talked to (friended me on facebook, thought it was you!) woulda been LW novice too, so maybe I can crush you skinny shits!

I wouldn't say "fun" necessarily.  It about killed me.  The cheeseburger diet isn't that great for endurance.  I probably need to clean up a little.  I went pretty hard on it since it is similar to the first wod in the festivus, which is 1k row then 50 wall balls.  I'm working up to about a 1:43 split, or so, then 50 unbroken on the wall balls.  Much easier said than done though.
