Yesterday was mildly interesting:
7 rounds, 1 round every three minutes: 7 deadlifts @ 245 40 DU (80 single) 200m run THEN 15 minutes to find a 1 rep snatch. Got 190 on my snatch, but hip wasn't firing right. Had at least a minute of rest every round for the conditioning, so that was nice. Also heard "Rex, could you at least pretend that deadlift is heavy? Just for me?" Sorry dude, but 49 deads at 49% just isn't gonna put me in my grave. |
