Day 26:  Have moved two notches on my belt and one notch on my watch band.  I'm not even counting calories.  I've also decided I prefer Jimmy Dean Sausage crust over hamburger crust for my meatzas.

Congrats!

I started a few days before you (on the 23) and today I was right at 10 pounds down.

Haven't made a meatza yet but want to.

I've been limiting my bourbon to just a couple nights a week but I'm having some tonight to celebrate the 10# mark.

10 more pounds to go!

3 months in here as of yesterday. Your weakness sickitates me.

I find myself rarely hungry and easily full.

Make sure you are getting your macros. High fat, moderate protein, very low carb.

Drink you a nice cold glass of water and eat a slab of bacon smothered in butter. You'll feel better.

I'm down 30lbs (to 185lbs) since Cola Warrior 4. They checked my body fat % today at the gym and it's down over 7% from where it was at 215. I'm actually wearing size L shirts and 32 waist pants again. At my heaviest a 5 years or so ago, I was wearing XXL and size 42 pants.

Between my daughter getting married last month, entertaining new family members for a month, wife baking cakes and bringing leftovers home from my daughter's baby showers and on and on and on, my weight is sneaking back up instead of going down.  My little cheat days have turned into cheat weeks  Time to get back on this and stick to it.  With the Holidays coming up also it will be extremely difficuft being married to my carb junky wife.  She loves baking chocolate and pumpkin pies.

Is anyone here doing the whole life challenge? That has kept me on the stick for the past three weeks. I eat primally for the most part anyway, but it has curbed the 3 beer a night habit i got into while grilling dinner.

I did the Whole30 a couple months ago. Good stuff. I did the reintroduction and haven't been able to be good for long since then.

Switch to vodka.  I drink plenty(too much)of vodka every night and the weight is still dropping like crazy.

Anyone ever add MCT Oil to chili?  Wondering about the proper ratio.

I don't want to come across as some sort of cockular specialist, but I'm pretty sure that since heat rises the sub-cockles are intimately involved.

It's an old Denis Leary joke.

It was (still) popular while I was in corpsman school, and a girl I ended up briefly dating made a habit of referring to her "subcockular region".  I tend to make that joke a little more clinical than it needs to be, but that's just because of the Pavlovian cockle-warming.

Have lost 42 lbs in two months.  Zero exercise, no calorie counting, and lots of vodka.

Thanks.  I celebrated with Pizza Hut and a Dr Pepper.  Gave me a slight headache.  That was my first and only cheat.  But I earned it.
