Cut my run short today, felt like shit. 3.17 @ 7:42 pace
I'll be repeating Week 5, day 1 of 7 weeks to 100 pushups later today. |

8/6 5k run
8/7 600 meter swim 8/8 7 mile mountain bike ride 8/9 5k run My lifting buddy has been on vacation this week so I resting my shoulders, which have been strangely sore. Its been a good week though, considering I have been doing all kinds of stuff I love to do |

Power cleans 30 @ 135# Rest 3 mins (while stripping bar and putting away your equipment) Run 1 mile Rest 3 mins Wall balls 50 @ 20# Pullups 40 Burpees 30 16:55 net time |
