I need a change and I'm thinking of giving the "caveman" diet and workout style a try. Looking for info on it or other plans to get me eating right again and turn my flab into muscle. So I of course come to the hive. Thanks in advance for any info or help. Unless your exercising, youll never "turn that flab into muscle..." This diet can be healthier in certain aspects in the long run, and youre getting much more nutrient dense food than processed food, but IMO unless you add an exercise program into the mix you wont see the results youre looking for. ETA: I just saw I missed this, but AFAIK there is no paleo workout. A lot of the people who adhere to this sort of diet do CF, but thats not always the case... |

I'm a big primal fan, and its great for health and can lend itself nicely to both losingnweight or gaining muscle but you're not going to have any sort of body recomposition without hitting the weights. |

I totally understand with out working out and weights I'll always be flabby. I'm just looking to get into a program with the right diet to fuel the routine other then the garbage I have been eating lately. Also I'm all ears on a work out plan I hear a lot about crossfit does it work well with a primal diet? I'm a huge newbie when it come to working out I managed to lose my weight before with mostly diet and some jogging.

Crossfit is good if the programming is good, starting strength is good, 5/3/1 is good.... |
