I have not used creatine in many years, but I am thinking about starting again.

The risk of taking creatine seems low, but do you think it's a necessary supplement? How many here use it and how often?

I will use it with my protein shakes 5 times a week after a work out for about 30-45 days until the bottle is empty. I'll take about the same time off, and then cycle it back in.

Dirt cheap.

I can't tell any difference or benefit personally, even after many cycles (10+lbs of water retention while on it though).

Once again. Dirt cheap, so what is there honestly to lose?

Unless you've plateaued and your diet is 100% spot on, there are cheaper and more effective ways to increase gains.

I'd honestly look at your macros and make sure everything is dialed in 100% before spending a dime on sups.

Primarily, I want to improve recovery, but increased gain does not hurt.
