Yes, data points are weights- Y axis is weight in pounds and X axis is # day in the diet.

Yeah, the spikes are almost always Monday weights following Sunday carb loads that were not optimally performed, ie, very trashy carb loads. Interesting to see that every peak is lower than the previous, as is every valley. Trend line is good.

As to trashy carb loads, I have been playing with cleaning those up, as I don't seem to have the same issue on a standard carb load during the week- I think it's just much easier for me to turn a weekend carb load into a gluttonous cheat.

DAY 95
Saturday, 11 August 2012

Morning weight: 244.2

Lift: none scheduled, went with the fam down to the farmers market downtown and walked around there and downtown for about an hour and a half- part of that with a 45lb child on my shoulders.

Indeed.

So I had been getting somewhat discouraged lately by lack of progress (at least partially due to discipline and needing to find better macro ratios), but homeboy over on the Chaos and Pain blog just posted a good article on diet. Check it out if you get a chance, and remember that his blog is NSFW.

Thanks, brudda. Didn't feel as crisp as some, but did work nonetheless.

My OHP and bench have felt like poo lately, so I was glad to go over prescription on that one.
