It knew you had shit to do.

Still sucks, though. I had a 96 S10, same model but before they were called ZR2s. Loved it, but it got to be too many repairs so it had to go.

Lunch: low carb wrap with about 1/3-1/2lb ham, ounce of spinach, 1T mustard. <1oz almonds, some CL peach mango green tea, water.

Evening Carbs Will Not Make You Fat

The Biorhythm Diet

I found these two articles interesting and thought you might too. The second one is pretty much the same as the first one but goes into a lot more detail. Seems like a good transition from carb backloading to a lifestyle diet, if you don't view CBL as something you could do long term.

Funny- they are basically saying the same thing as CBL, slightly different attacks but VERY similar approaches.

I always forget that I like carbs until I get some of my wife's bread or some rice with butter and soy sauce.

Pretty much, it just seems to me that the biorrythm diet doesn't advise such a strict restriction on morning to mid afternoon carbs. While its only been a few days of CBL for me I find the idea of restricting fruit to be pretty annoying, but at the same time I can justify 2-3 months of a little extremeism in my diet and switch to a more substainable approach when I have reached good bodyfat levels.

Yeah, CBL is more carb restrictive. Biorhythm seems to be more fat restrictive later, though it doesn't seem to spell out the actual numbers like it does for carbs.

DAY 57
Woden's day, 04 July 2012
CBL day 18

Morning weight: 247.6

Lift: edit: squat 5/3/1, scheduled top end of 225, hit 225x3 then worked with 135 for about 8 sets of five for technique with various width stances, but mostly wider than normal- nice slow grind. Working on getting my hips opened up, hammies stretched, back tight, power out of the hole. It's a rough go.

Breakfast: shake with 8oz water, 1T instant coffee, 1T fiber, 1.5 scoops Carnivor, 2oz heavy cream.

Lunch: omelet with two eggs and four ounces of EggBeaters stuffed with three ounces of spinach sauteed in a little olive oil, an ounce of shredded cheese, and about a tablespoon of salsa.

Snack: about 1oz almonds, 1T peanut butter

Dinner: Went over to brother- and sister in law's house for an Independent dinner- about a half pound of smoked beef brisket, ~cup of cole slaw, two glasses (~16-20oz) skim milk (it's what the heathens had), a few baby carrots, three or four BBQ chips, and a bad ass cookie.

Went and got my squats in, then had a large Wendy's fry and a small Mr Pibb. Off to bed.

DAY 62
Monday, 09 July 2012
CBL day 23

Morning weight: 246.6

Lift: squat deload planned, sleep is still off from the weekend so I missed this morning. Probably going to hit it tonight at the other gym. EDIT: squats on hold, my hamstrings both cramped up something fierce last night and are still pretty knotted up tonight. Static and dynamic stretching instead.

Breakfast: shake with 12oz water, 2.5T instant coffee, 1.5T fiber, 2 scoops Carnivor, 1oz heavy cream, 2-3oz milk. My three year old daughter insisted on helping me with the powders, so the measures are estimated at best.

Lunch: omelet made with two whole eggs and 5oz EggBeaters(TM), about 3oz sauteed spinach, 2oz shredded cheese. Some CL peach tea before I left the house, water when I got back to work.

Snack: about 2T peanut butter

Dinner: about a 1/4lb pork with another 1/4-1/2lb portabella and green pepper in a little Thai peanut sauce. About 1.5oz almonds. Later, a banana and a ton of water due to the cramping.

Nope, being for real. Cholesterol is too high and I like protein, so I've been playing with egg whites and EggBeaters(TM). Not eating as much beef.

Thanks, boss. Wendler has been taking apple cider vinegar for a while to lower his, wonder if I should try that.

ETA: That was actually for blood pressure, nvm. Still might be worthwhile.
