My rifle, seems to not like IMR 4451 for some reason. Its a Rem 40x action, worked by Braun in Ohio. 6x47 lapua, 25" Kreiger bbl, 1-7" twist. The chamber is cut for 105 berger hybrids. The powder that works the best for this rifle is H4350, with that being next to impossible to find, RL17 is a very close second. With 105 hybrids with a .010 jump over 38.2 gr of RL17, I am getting about 3025 fps with less than 10fps deviation. That was at 500' elevation- 75 degrees temp. 100 yd groups are nothing special, maybe .5-.6 moa, but at 300 yards, it will shoot .25-.3 moa (.750 groups at 300 yds) and is still sub moa at 1000 yards when i do my part. With 88gr berger flat base bullets over 38 gr of RL17, jumping .025, it will shoot ragged hole groups at 100 and 200 yards. I love this round, brass life is great - 20+ firings so far, recoil is nothing, and is a great 1200 yard and under round for me. I know there is temp sensitivity with RL17 at big temp swings, I have shot from 40 degrees to 95+ and have not seen a noticeable difference. Good luck and hope this helps. Scott
