Looking for a tripod for a Leupold Mk4 spotter for use in the prone. Suggestions?

Ray-Vin F-Class stand: http://www.creedmoorsports.com/product/1783/Creedmoor-Stands - I have the regular Ray-Vin, but this one has a smaller foot print and doesn't have a full height shaft since you don't need it for standing.

Then you can run the Ray-Vin head or even the Creedmoor Pole Cat head.

Or you could try one of Creedmoor stands.
