Howdy,
I'm new to the forum and actual precision shooting, but not shooting in general at all. Anyways, I recently rescued a 90's Era Remington 700 and I'm looking to mount my Vortex 6-24-50mm scope. I'm looking at either Low or Medium Seekins rings. The rifle has a heavy profile barrel and a 20 MOA LaRue base and the outer diameter on the objective lens is 57mm per Vortex, the numbers seem to allow for Low, but my gut tells me I might be wrong. Any help would be greatly appriciated

in a pinch if in doubt, with 50mm object and 20 moa mount, high will usually always fit.

Thanks for the help. I think Mediums are gonna be the play, since scope caps aren't a huge deal for me
