So I bought a new Alex Pro 6.5 creedmoor hunter the other day and finally got to take it out today. This morning I quick mounted a vortex HS-T and headed out. The conditions sucked but I wanted to do some break in, sight in, and maybe a group to get a baseline. below are pics from about an hour ago.

Here is the setup. I like shooting from up there but the wind was brutal today. 20+ with gusts to 30. We live next to a wind farm.


I shot 4 times to get on target and get her zeroed in. below is the first 5 shots after sight in with new target. This was with factory ammo, in a bitch of a wind with a large front bag and my hand under the small bag like a shim. I have high hopes. I know it isnt an impressive group but trust me when I tell you the conditions sucked. This group was also shot in about 2 min. Ill post an update when I can get out sometime when it aint 90 degrees with a stiff wind.
