No too much. Used a previous thread on here as a guide. Took all of 20 min with a dremel and file.

Can anyone comment on magazine wobble with the MVP? I've seen a lot of negative reviews about how the magazines don't seat well and are able to wobble back and forth enough to cause feeding problems because the rounds are presented at all different angles.

I feel like that problem can easily be fixed by using a deeper mag well. But maybe it's just a problem with older models.

Full SAC build.

Manners T4 with KMW loggerhead hardware in flectarn camo, Remington 700 action completely gone through, Bartlein 18.5" barrel, 1/8 twist and threaded.  Fully bedded action.

Timney trigger, Surgeon bottom metal, AI mags, Atlas bipod and Accushot monopod.  Spiral fluting on barrel (and bolt body to match) by Kampfield Customs.  Black cerakote.

Hensoldt 4-16x56 NH1 in Spuhr 4001 mount with Spuhr Radius/RAPTOR rail.  Radius laser rangefinder.

I have to set up the remote switch for the Radius and obviously re-arrange the front AADMOUNT objective lens cap.

The only thing I am missing and cannot find anywhere is a SF FH556-215A flash hider to mount my SF 556K suppressor.  I have seen a couple of 212As but not a 215A.  They'll find the Arc of the Covenant before I find one.  With my luck, the few left are probably inside the Arc.

Pics to come as soon as Photobucket stops fucking with me.

VICTORY IS MINE!!!!!

Why a flash hider, to protect the muzzle. I do occasionally use it in matches where there are barricade stages. The long barrel helps with velocity but hampers maneuvering through a barricade. Thankfully there are very few of those stages. It doesn't need a brake and I had a spare birdcage on hand and they're almost free upside a decent brake, so... The inspiration for the coral snake paint pattern was the barrel being so long. Why .223? Rules requirements for some matches, weight benefit, and nothing improves your ability to read wind like having to deal with something that's dramatically affected by wind.
