I own a Savage model 12 LRP 6.5 creedmoor, I was shooting in the rain a few weeks ago (rifle got a little wet) and I never removed the stock. I just realized I probably should've removed the stock and clean under the barrel but I didn't. Should I even worry about it or should I take the stock off and clean it? Will removing the stock affect my zero?

I did clean the rifle and oil it after shooting I just didn't clean under the barrel.

Nah, it's just water.  I wouldn't worry about it.
And yes... separating the stock & barreled action, and then re-torquing it, can change your zero but usually not by much

You should not be off if you remove the stock and reinstall. As mentioned, torque to same settings as before.
