This thread is now just over 7 years old, I figured it was time to update with some new pics to show how the concrete shooting bench and it's slab have fared over the years. All of the following pics were taken in the last hour.
Other than some debris on the slab, looks perfectly fine to me:  And despite what some predicted, the slab hasn't moved or cracked over the +7 years:   And the tabletop hasn't degraded or cracked or anything else; looks perfectly functional to me:   100 range with tabletop:  |

Well, it's been a little bit over 9 years since I did this project, time to update with some pics!
Yesterday getting ready to sight in my Sig M18 with its Sig Romeo 1 Pro red dot sight and then do some fun shooting with my new dueling tree and steel plate targets:  Pic including the pad and concrete shooting bench:  Closeup of the pad; still no cracks and/or movement even with last winter's weeklong 0-10 degree freezing event  : Some dirt stains from where leaves collect:  Tabletop hasn't changed:    Thanks for looking! |
