What loads are you guys loading for .221 fireball?
I shoot a howa 1500 with a 24inch 1in12 twist barrel. |

Cz 527 American.
40gr vmax with Hodgdon lil gun powder and CCI primers. IIRC I got it up to 15.2gr and almost 3400fps. Kept a perfect 100yd zero for years without having to mess with it. It was a solid 1/2"-3/4" shooter. I didn't like the action or magazine though it needed a lot of polishing to be enjoyable so I sold it. Loved the cartridge though maybe I'll build a rifle someday. |

RL7 and a 40gr Nosler with Federal primers.
