Bowtech Invasion... my first two cam bow since my 90's era Hoyt. I have used Mathews exclusively since.

I impressed!

I'm sort of attached to my 2008 BowTech 82nd Airborne, as I've taken 14 deer with it.

If Bowtech will come out with a center-pivot bow that'll have an IBO rating of 360+ FPS at 80% let-off, I'll jump all over it.

The countdown timer is on their website and I've heard rumors of a 360 IBO Invasion. Not sure on the truth to that, but it wouldnt be surprising from Bowtech,

Diamond Marquis Bow, with a QAD Ultra Rest HD Drop away, simple TruGlo Sight, really nothing spectacular just enough to learn with. Got it back in 2009 and just started shooting it this Fall.

Nice to see my the same camo pattern as was on my old Screaming Eagle. Properly tuned, the Onieda will be quiet and is one smooth draw as you know. I stuck a boar this weekend with my BE.

My Maitland Retribution VTR, 70/27 currently set at 62#. With the VTR speed cams like mine, IBO is around 335fps. With the 470gr arrows I'm shooting at my short draw length I'm not getting near that speed, but it's still plenty fast enough. Great center pivot design, quiet as a church mouse, balances like a dream.

Apex Axim 4-pin sight
Ripcord Code Red rest (to be replaced after the season with a Trophy Ridge Revolution)
Apex MQX Nano quiver
I've since added an Octane stabilizer a friend gave me.
Harvest Time Archery HT-2 arrows
FOBs
arrow and FOB wraps by onestringer.com
Red Feather Archery RazorHawk and German-Kinetics SilverFlame 125XL broadheads

And no, Rob did not copy the Invasion design. Maitland center pivot bows came out a year before the Invasion.

Just got this a few months ago. Highly accurate and smooth. When I do my part, groups are around the size of a pie plate at 100 yards. Love it!

Pic of my two bows, a Martin Howatt Hunter 55# recurve, and an Istvan Toth 40# Magyar Horse Bow from Seven Meadows Archery:

I just received the Toth bow and haven't shot it yet. I've owned the Martin since the mid-90s but haven't shot it in years. I'm just getting back into archery and needed a lighter bow. The horse bow seemed really cool and had good reviews online. I'm looking forward to shooting it in a few days and posting a review in the Traditional forum.

QAD Ultra Rest HDX's
Ghost Quiver on mine and Fuse Archery Ventera on the Jewel

Oh, on Archery Addix! Are you going to have Rattler Grips or Yeti Archery grips put on it?

I believe it was a limited run in 2002-2003, Hoyt painted US flag bows.
Got it from a fellow long Islander a few years ago.

A casual visit by the archery store on Tuesday ended me up with a new bow. 2012 Hoyt Vector 32. 28.5" @ 60 lbs with #3 Rocket cams.

ETA - New pics with final set-up:

NAP Quiktune 3000 rest, HHA OL-5510 sight, 1/4" Tru-Peep, 8" Hunter Stokerized stabilizer, 2-piece fixed quiver with double gripper. This bow has me shooting at 40 yards like I used to shoot 20.

First Insanity on the forum?

Well this is my first bow and so far I like the heck out of it. I went one weekend and wasnt sure of anything and just wanted to shoot a bow, so the guy set me up with an assassin. I came home and did some research and went back a week later and shot the Mathews Heli-m, Hoyt carbon element, and the Bowtech insanity cpx.

And the carnage of what happened the day after I got the bow

20 yards. I'm new at this... I'll move it back to set up more pins, eventually. Very fun to shoot, though.

I've picked up a few more bows since my post earlier in this thread.

Samick SLB-II longbow, 50# at 28". Probably about 46# at my shorter draw.

A Chinese horsebow that I ordered from "handmadebow" on eBay and had shipped directly to me from Anhui, China. For a traditional bow it flings my Port Orford Cedar arrows fast. It's also 50# at 28".

Finally, I went to the darkside last night and got a bow with training wheels, a 60# 2012 Quest Rogue.

I shot this at 15 yards. Going from my trad bows to the Quest is like going from a flintlock musket to an AR-15 SPR. Holy cow.
