Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Took my kids Archery shooting for the first time.

Cabelas has a little one hour course on Mondays. I thought it would be fun to see what it involved. Basically they set up a bow with their draw length and weight and let them shoot. Im uploading a video now. The smiles on their faces says it all. This could be an expensive event. My son is 8 and daughter is 14.

Bump for this thread. Tried a program called Kicking Bear, didn't know anything about it. Has a Christian component, in a day + event. Kids (6 & 9) got some good instruction, and had a blast. I'd recommend it, if it runs through your area.
