They both are outfitted the same. Mathews with a few arrows, release, etc. They both are 28"/60lb which works for me, both 320fps. Cost is about the same, mathews might be $75 more.

Redhead is a Bowtech/Diamond made for Bass Pro. Mathews is... Mathews. As for both being 320fps... is that advertised IBO or actual chronograph readings? If it's IBO, keep in mind that you won't hit 320fps at 28"/60#. In fact, I thought the Toxik was rated closer to 310fps. That being said, I don't have a lot of experience with Mathews. I tried a Z7extreme and didn't like it at all.
