Flemish twist string question for the Pros.

Just getting back into archery after many years. Have a Hoyt Buffalo 45# on order. Since brace is adjusted by twisting the bow string, on a take down bow how do you maintain that twist when you take down the bow? Also, considering GT 3555 arrows for the Buffalo and any comments would be appreciated. TIA rlp.
