Shot my first hog recently and I can't remember the last time I cooked pork of any kind. Any good quick and easy recipes for the pile of meat in my freezer?

Throw the ham in crock pot with some water and cook it over night.
Take it out next day and pull all the meat of the bone...shredded pork.
Add sauce of your choice and shredded pork in pan and let it cook for few minutes until nice and hot and serve on bread.

Find some fatback, add to ground pork, make sausage.  Reo Spice in Huntsville Texas has some excellent blends.

I made serious pounds of sausage a few months back.  I also took a ham, wet cured, dry cured, and then low smoked.  Sliced thin, it was divine!!

I made back rashers out of the loins.
