I recently had the opportunity to do some hog hunting in the Carolinas. It was a guided knife only hunt with some of the best trained dogs and dog handlers you could ever imagine. I'll say, for this type of hunting you better be in shape and ready for some serious running, swamp slogging, and maybe even some swimming, and have a bad-ass sharp blade! Soaked and cold the whole time, and had a blast! Definitely not for the weak bodied or faint hearted. Anyone who gets the opportunity to do one of these should jump on it and be ready for some serious cardio! Unfortunately, I can't share pics for various reasons.

That is what I actually consider Hog Hunting! All the rest is just killing. The adrenaline rush is hard to beat when you hand catch or knife a pig.
