I'm looking for more hunting opportunities near SA. I've got a regular spot in Falls City I hunt on, but the property is very corridor-laden; basically you can get maybe 2-3 max, and then they're in the brush with no chance to follow.

I'd like to hunt in a more open field area, or at least with that type of terrain as an option.

I own NODs, an IR laser, but don't have a suppressor and go to is a 5.56.  Most hoggin ranches want at least a .243+ or use their gear.

Are there any members that get together here and hunt or know other plots of land nearby?  What options do I have?

I've only got one friend I consistently hunt with; law school is taking his time these days.  It'd be great to connect here or be pointed in a good direction.

I would say come run with us, but I am N of Austin.  That makes for a really long night, especially on work nights.

I've got good friends in Austin so never an issue.  The Mrs would let me for weekends while she hangs with the wives of our people up there.
