I got this one last night. It was supposed to be a coyote hunt, but this guy was putting a hurting on my cousin's millet. A short stalk and a 30 yard shot with a 125gr ballistic tip out of my .300BLK pistol did the trick. I shot him behind the ear while he was quartering toward me and he dropped. The bullet smashed the exit side shoulder before stopping just under the skin. So far, I'm pretty impressed with the .300BLK.
