He snuck up behind my brother and I a few minutes after I shot the first one. He was 5 yards behind us before we heard him and he us, he got 2 6.8 from me and 2 5.56 from my brother at 10 yards as he ran away.

I took this sow a few years ago in Central Texas, north of Gatesville on a private ranch. I took about 6 or so hogs off the property in the 2 years I hunted there. My rifle was a PSA lower and an AR15performance.com 18" 6.8 upper with Trijicon 3x9 glass. Distance on this harvest was about 35 yards from a stand overlooking a tripod feeder. |
