Looking at the hump in his back which Black Bears shouldn't have. And yeah it's PA, so long way for a Grizzly to go but I can't help look at the hump and the title of the article pointing out how big it is:

Since there are no Grizzly bears east of Wyoming that is all black bear.

Is that from a reliable source? It looks photoshopped to me. We do have some monster black bear in PA.
