My 8 week old puppy pissed on my bear rug today. I dried I out best I could. Could that do any permanent damage? Anything I need to do to keep it from being damaged?

I would take it into a taxidermist, its a good idea to do once every 5 years or so anyway, he can clean and retreat the fur...plus look it over for any bugs and treat for them if needed....
