any recomendations on guides for an idaho spring bear hunt? a 2 bear area is a big plus but not required.

interested to hear from the hive.

Not sure if you've already made plans but I'd check out Russell Pond Outfitters, they work on the section of National Forest that I work and do a great job, always kill bears.  They hunt Units 7 and 9, St. Joe River area, and we are now a two bear unit.

take a back pack with your gear and fly into moose creek, look at the bowls close to the river.

No need for a guide to bear hunt.
