Looks like a good idea. I also have grown to like the VIA packets by Starbucks when I'm in the outback.

granted it aint "gourmet'  but hasnt folgers been doing the single serving bags for decades? I know I have kept them in my pack since I was a young man.

Folgers Singles.  I took a pack full of them and a Jetboil with me to Haiti last winter.

The description says 2 cups, but it's really only a 10oz serving.  For that much money I'd go with Via packets.
