Im in the process of rigging and repairing decoys for the coming waterfowl season out in Cold Bay ,Alaska. What type of adhesive works best for repairing plastic floater decoys. Ive been using everything i can find and nothing is working very well. Any suggestions?

I have used hot glue, gorilla glue, and melted nylon twine, which surprisingly worked the best for me IMO.

I don't know what's recommended, but I used the nylon twine to repair shot holes.  I melted the twine and stuck it to the hole, then cut it off close and melted the tag end.

Shoe Goo works for me. Pretty good for waders too. I keep a small tube in my blind bag.

I melt a zip-tie with a torch and drip it where I need it, then touch up with a soldering iron.

We use black Permatex gasket goo to repair pellet holes.

I bought a tube of "aquarium" repair stuff at the pet shop once. The box stated you could repair seams, underwater. The stuff worked great!
