You don't need the double jeopardy of state and federal waterfowl regs falling on you for saving a rat with wings. Turtles gotta eat too. |

Oh yea once I found out what it was and the laws about them. I promptly returned it back to the wild. Couldn't find the parents but I saw a family of domestic geese at a local pond that had baby's. After watching it with them for about 45min and seeing that all was well I left. The kids were happy because it was back with its "family".
