you ratbastard. haha. my tally is only 86. we are halfway through second season. thing is, i don't miss. the problem you may wonder when i hunt everyother day? well it's just so damn hot, all the birds are north of me in the okeechobee area, rather than down here in the glades area. but thet are in a special oprotunity hunts areas called sta. you can only hunt there on sat or sun, just depends on which sta it is. the sta hunts are loaded with ducks. i usually limit in 5 to 10 mins. no water shots for me.

lets see if I can sum up our season so far.
I have 2 Canadian Geese 3 Pintail 2 drake 1 hen 2 Goldeneye Drakes black ducks hen mallards (no drakes) a couple of Wigeon and a whole whole lot of Gaddy's I think it was 14 hunts including 2 skunk days and 30 birds |

I killed 10 geese this year. Nothing great, but it's the best I've done so far (I've only been hunting 3 years).
Hopefully next year I can do some duck hunting out on the Susquehanna River, and maybe do some bodybooting on the Flats. |

Yeah, but it's very dangerous. I don't know if he Brants have came yet. I stick to geese for the most part.

Limited out today (4) for geese.
Hunting a freshly plowed field (private lease) over about 50 decoys and in small single man blinds. just me and my buddy. I don't even know how to call very good but it was an amazing day. saw thousands of birds. he got 2 so he didn't limit but a nice snow storm rolled in and pretty well shut down about everything except a couple small groups that took a look but never got close enough. I'll post pics in the rest of the forum |
