Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Is trapping legal along rivers on public property where fishing is legal in Virginia?

I live near the marshes that feed the local river. This is near suburbia. Is it legal to trap muskrats, coon and nutria in these areas if you have your trapper license? The Va Regulation Manual seems vague on this point. Anyone know?
