Below Athens GA on 441 in a field sits the cab of a old pickup truck on poles overlooking the edge of a field. Wish I had a picture but that is truly redneck.

Pfftt... Check this out. Google 'truck cab deer stand' and they don't seem to be that uncommon. Not sure I'd feel too comfortable perched up in this clunker:

I saw something very similar to that along the Pennsylvania Turnpike, I don't recall which town though.

I've got a couple that might qualify. They're your basic homemade ladder stands that have kinda' "expanded" over the last few years.

West stand (aka "the sleigh"):

East stand:

I thought you meant the Redneck Blind Company.  Holy hell are they expensive!  I'll stick with my Shadowhunter blind for now.

One that comes to mind is letting my mechanic put an old sleeper cab of a semi I bought on top of a 15' tall pile of dirt behind my shop.  It was pretty Redneck.  Never any pictures of it, unfortunately.

Thank God I don't live back east anymore and don't have to use a Blind.  I hated just sitting in a tree stand or ground blind.

There is a guy with a semi truck sleeper cab as his blind in the corner of a field along the highway. No pics as I'm usually doing about 70 when I pass

It’s 8x8x8’ not including the roof, which is a 1/2 or whatever and is shingled with a 30yr warranty GAF architectural shingle.

I kinda screw up on the window dimensions though and I built them as high as my buddy asked my too. Which was too damn high. You have to stand up now to see out of the windows which makes it almost impossible to hunt in the damn thing.

I saw a stand earlier this year while looking at property. the guy we were gonna lease from showed us a piece of property and stand that were owned by some Hmong people. they use everything at heir disposal, but its usually "all natural". they were using a natural curved tree, that was leaning. they used small branches for steps and nailed limbs to the tree for handrails. the stand itself was made of plywood and limbs. I didnt get a picture of it, but think of something you prob built as a kid, and thats what this looked like. And BTW, it went about 20 ft high

My deer stand is pretty much a no frills affair, open air, ground blind consisting of a make shift shooting bench made out of 1" x 1 1/4"  sq tubing with 3/4" marine grade plywood on top draped in military camo netting with an office chair to sit in.

Rain, snow, or shine I can always be found there most weekends during this time of year.

NO PHONES ALLOWED!!!
