Wondering if those anti cut gloves you can buy are any good for actually keeping your hands warm?

When we hunt its sometime below freezing, generally skin our deer ASAP, and then maybe actually cut it that night or next. It hangs in a garage that might be heated enough to keep the meat above freezing, but not warm. I have not so great circulation and am somewhat diabetic, and my hands get cold cutting up a deer or 2 when the meat is cold, even if the garage might be at 40-50 degrees. Warming them over the blue flame propane heater only warms them back up for a minute.

Would meat cutting/ cut resistant gloves help keep my any warmer when we butcher? Currently sometimes wear rubber "surgucal" gloves, which do nothing for hear that I can tell.

No, wet is wet, steel or Kevlar mesh is all I've seen and doubt they'll keep your hands warm while butchering.

Over the cut resistant glove I wear a latex glove that way the kevlar glove stays clean and dry as does your hand and effectively a little warmer.

ETA  In meat processing plants we always had thin white cotton gloves which were worn under steel mesh, with the temp at close to 45 they helped.

I used to work in a butcher shop and we wore latex gloves under the white cotton gloves.  Big part of staying warm is staying dry.  My hands were by no means "toasty", but they weren't going numb.
